Microsoft Office Access, also known as Microsoft Access a relational database management application, part of the Microsoft Office suite of software. We have listed a series of general shortcuts and hotkeys in this article.

| F4 or ALT+DOWN ARROW | This access shortcut will open a combo box. |
| F9 | To refresh the contents of a lookup field list box or combo box use this shortcut. |
| DOWN ARROW | This Microsoft shortcut will move down one line. |
| PAGE DOWN | This shortcut will move down one page. |
| UP ARROW | In Microsoft Access you can use this shortcut to move up one line. |
| PAGE UP | In Microsoft Access you can use this shortcut to move up one line. |
| TAB | You can exit the combo box using this Microsoft Access Shortcut. |
| CTRL+F | This shortcut will open the find tab in the find and replace dialog box in Microsoft Access. |
| CTRL+H | To open the replace tab in the find and replace dialog box. |
| F2 | Use this MS Access hotkey to switch between edit mode (with the insertion point displayed) and navigation mode. |
| F4 | This hotkey will switch to the property sheet (design view). |
| F5 | This hotkey will switch from Form view to Design view. |
| F6 | This shortcut key will swtich between the upper and lower portions of a window (design view, macros, quries, advanced filter and sort windows only). |
| F7 | In Microsoft Access you can use F7 to switch to the code builder from form or report Design view (Design view window or property sheet). |
| SHIFT + F7 | This Microsoft Access shortcut will switch from the Visual Basic Editor or report Design view. |
| ALT+V+P | This short cut will open a property sheet for a selected object. |
