Microsoft Office Access Shortcuts:

Microsoft Access Shortcuts for Wizards	Access Shortcut Hotkey Actions
F2	This shortcut will display the complete hyperlink address for a selected hyperlink.
F7	This Microsoft Access shortcut will check spelling shortcut.
SHIFT+F2	This Access shortcut will open the zoom box to conveniently enter expressions and other text in small input areas.
ALT+ENTER	To display a property sheet in design view use this shortcut.
ALT+F4	This shortcut will quit Microsoft Access, close a dialog box, or cloes a property sheet.
ALT+F2	This MS Access shortcut will invoke a builder.
CTRL+RIGHT ARROW or CTRL+COMMA	To toggle forward between views when in a table query, report, page, view, pivot table list, pivot table report, store procedure, or access project function.
CTRL+LEFT ARROW or CTRL+PERIOD	To toggle back between views when in a table query, form, report, page, view, pivot table list, pivot chart report, stored procedure, or function.

F11	This shortcut will bring the database window to the front.
CTRL+F6	This Microsoft Access shortcut to cycle between open windows.
ENTER	This Access shortcut will restore the selected minimized window when all windows are minimized.
CTRL+F8	To turn on resize mode for the active window when it’s not maximized press the arrow keys to resize the windows use this shortcut.
ALT+SPACEBAR	Use this shortcut to display the control menu.
SHIFT+F10	In Microsoft Access you can use this shortcut to display the shortcut menu.
CTRL+W or CTRL+F4	To close the active window this Access shortcut.
ALT+F11	This shortcut will switch between the visual basic editor and the previous window.
ALT+SHIFT+F11	To sitch between the Microsoft Script Editor from the previous active window use this Microsoft Access shortcut.

SHIFT+ENTER	This shortcut will add a control to a section.
CTRL+C	This Microsoft Access shortcut to copy the selected control and copy it to clipboard.
CTRL+X	This Access shortcut will cut the selected control and copy it to the clipboard.
CTRL+V	To paste the contents of the clipboard in the upper left corner of the selected section use this shortcut.
CTRL+RIGHT+ARROW	Use this shortcut to move the selected control to the left.
CTRL+LEFT+ARROW	In Microsoft Access you can use this shortcut to move the selected control left.
CTRL+UP+ARROW	To move the selected control up use this Access shortcut.
SHIFT+DOWN+ARROW	This shortcut will increase the height of the selected control.
SHIFT+RIGHT+ARROW	To increase the width of the selected control use this Microsoft Access shortcut.

Microsoft Office Access, also known as Microsoft Access a relational database management application, part of the Microsoft Office suite of software. We have listed a series of general shortcuts and hotkeys in this article.

Microsoft Office Access Shortcuts:

CTRL+N	This MS Access shortcut will open a new database.
CTRL+O	To open an existing database use this access hotkey.
ALT+F4	In Microsoft Access you can quit the application by using this shortcut.
CTRL+P	Use this shortcut to print a selected object.
P or CTRL+P	This Microsoft Access shortcut will open the print dialog box.
S	Use the S shortcut to open the page setup dialog box.
C or ESC	This Access shortcut will cancel the print preview or layout preview.
CTRL+SAVE or SHIFT F12 or ALT+SHIFT+F2	This combination of shortcuts will open the “Save As” dialog box.
F4 or ALT+DOWN ARROW	This access shortcut will open a combo box.
F9	To refresh the contents of a lookup field list box or combo box use this shortcut.
DOWN ARROW	This Microsoft shortcut will move down one line.
PAGE DOWN	This shortcut will move down one page.
UP ARROW	In Microsoft Access you can use this shortcut to move up one line.
PAGE UP	In Microsoft Access you can use this shortcut to move up one line.
TAB	You can exit the combo box using this Microsoft Access Shortcut.
CTRL+F	This shortcut will open the find tab in the find and replace dialog box in Microsoft Access.
CTRL+H	To open the replace tab in the find and replace dialog box.
F2	Use this MS Access hotkey to switch between edit mode (with the insertion point displayed) and navigation mode.
F4	This hotkey will switch to the property sheet (design view).
F5	This hotkey will switch from Form view to Design view.
F6	This shortcut key will swtich between the upper and lower portions of a window (design view, macros, quries, advanced filter and sort windows only).
F7	In Microsoft Access you can use F7 to switch to the code builder from form or report Design view (Design view window or property sheet).
SHIFT + F7	This Microsoft Access shortcut will switch from the Visual Basic Editor or report Design view.
ALT+V+P	This short cut will open a property sheet for a selected object.
